So it's with great pleasure that we present to you the penthouse at Clearwater Noosa. The perfect location to explore all that Noosa has to offer, but allowing you to come home to comfort and luxury at the end of the day.

About Us

Privately owned, and lovingly renovated and furnished, this is your home away from home. Occupying the entire top floor, light enters from all sides and there are no shared walls with other apartments. The 3 king-sized bedrooms all have their own ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. The beds can be separated into 2 long singles or combined to make one king bed. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen to allow for the occasional home-cooked meal. The private balcony is high-set and gets a lovely breeze. To cool down, please feel free to dip into one of the three pools on-site, two of which are gas-heated most of the year.

Central Noosa river location

Only 150m from the start of Gympie Terrace, that runs alongside the picturesque Noosa River. Close to an abundance of bars and eateries, as well as walking paths, playgrounds, BBQ facilities and easy access to a variety of water sports. It's an easy 2.8km level walk to famous Hastings Street, or alternatively, catch a bus from just outside the resort to Noosa Heads or Noosa Junction.

Part of a resort community

As part of Clearwater Resort, you will have access to three separate pools (two of which are gas-heated most of the year), several sun loungers, a shared cabana with BBQ facilities and additional visitor parking. There is the option to order an additional rollaway bed, high chair or baby cot.

A home away from home

The apartment offers space and light with modern amenities such as ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, oversized garage, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer etc. Newly renovated, there are 3 king-size bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The spacious living/dining area flows to a large entertainers deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you may need for a night in.

3 Bedrooms and 3 ensuites

The penthouse is a unique offering due to the 3 spacious bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom each. This makes the accommodation ideal for 3 couples or 6 singles (beds can be split into singles). The dining table and outdoor table cater comfortably for a group of 6-8 people. Additional beds can be ordered at an additional charge.
